Job Responsibilities- - Work with the marketing and business teams to understand marketing requirements, and distill this into sharp, clear briefs for the creative team. - Keep an eye on creatives to make sure they're on brief, meet brand guidelines, and are delivered free of errors. - Push both the creative and the marketing team to sell and buy brave, effective ideas. - Go beyond the brief to spot opportunities and problems, and offer solutions proactively. - Work in collaboration with our agency partners to create an ideas-first culture and call the shots on what's right for the brand. Desired Candidate- - 5-7 years of experience as a project manager in a similar role, or as an account manager in an advertising agency. - Experience handling multiple accounts or stakeholders. - A portfolio of work that showcases that you've been more than a messenger in your previous roles. - The willingness to collaborate with teams across functions and learn new skills on the job. - A hawk eye for errors and guidelines. - A passion for creativity, and the ability to push, sell and fight for effective creatives. - Great people skills.
