Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Treasury Management of the company

- Responsible for reviewing Bank reconciliations.

- Responsible for all payment gateway reconciliation on monthly basis

- Managing all cash and Bank books

- Managing alliance reconciliations and settlements on timely basis

- Managing customer refunds and payments for the same

- Responsible for all communication and Invoicing related to payment gateways and alliances.

- Obtaining and reconciling balances with Payment gateways on monthly and yearly basis.

- Managing all communication with external and internal auditors with regards to cash, bank, Payment gateways and treasury.

- Preparation of various reports as part of MIS activity

- Lead the automation projects in bank reconciliations, payment gateway reconciliations and cash flow management.

Preferred Qualification, Functional & Behavioural Skills :

- 5+ years of Industry experience in managing banking & treasury department

- Being Chartered Accountant is an added advantage

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Excellent MS Excel and Reporting skills.

- High Integrity: Understand ethical behavior and business practices and aligns with the values of the organization

- Communicate Effectively: Excellent written, Spoken & Presentation skills

- Result orientation: Anticipate, understand, and respond proactively to organizational needs and deliver results

- Foster Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

- Lead: Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.

- Make Decisions: Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization

- Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information and activities.

- Plan: Determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.
