1. An Individual with the strong command over Statutory Compliance & Minimum Wages Act.
2. Should be Proficient in all Core HR Processes.
3. Hands on experience in IR and standing orders.
4. Set up and organize HR & Administration Function with all its sub-functions, as per needs of the business.
5. Conceptualizing and implementing Change Management practices.
6. Expert in the area of Attrition, Performance Management, Appraisal, Employee Engagement etc.
7. Formulated and implemented strategic HR Annual Plan & Strategy for the business, in alignment with the corporate strategy plan.
8. Should be expert in Talent acquisition, on-boarding, training & Development, compliance management, PMS, Employee relations, employee wellness programme.
9. Responsible for drawing up and implementing the annual HR budgets based on the organisation strategic business plan.
Salary offered: 9 - 13 LPA
