Job Responsibilities :
- As a National head person will be responsible for the development of whole franchisee model for sales and after sales service.
- Managing profit center operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources.
- Ensuring that team achieves pre-defined business targets in terms of revenue generation, profitability and relationships acquired.
- Focusing on new channel business by offering differentiated products and services.
- Ensuring that our business partners are served promptly with immediate readdress their issues so that the team members are highly motivated and trained to service our channel partners.
- Coordinating with the Research & Product Development team to meet specific requirements of our business partners.
- Promoting cross selling of products by adopting holistic approach of Portfolio Management / wealth management services.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all the regulatory rules and regulations governing the financial services industry.
- Conducting and assisting in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities in the region and ensuring the active participation of all the Channel Partners.
- Keeping oneself updated with the recent developments in the Financial Markets and the Domestic / Global Economy to spread the awareness in the interest of customer.
- Training and development of the team members & channel partners; grooming of the existing talent.
- Sound understanding about the Capital markets and other inter-linked asset classes.
- Fairly good knowledge/experience of the fee based products like Mutual Funds, Insurance etc.
