Motive: Ensure best talent pool available for the organisation, build organisational systems for increased predictability in management of team members- and growth of each team member in the best way possible

About the Position :

- Swaniti Initiative is looking for a passionate and vision driven individual who can for an experienced professional who is keen on taking up a role which is focused on enhancing the processes of talent acquisition, ensure adherence to HR rules and processes for increased fulfilment of team members. The Associate plays a critical role by being responsible for understanding the skill demand of various projects, designing recruitment strategy, and then designing processes or tests to assess the required skills and knowledge in the candidates. 

- The role requires the individual to understand the paradigm of public policy, objectives of the organisation and the skill sets required to deliver on projects. It also requires the person to be a good communicator and a keen observer. As a part of Organisation Growth Management Team, the associate will be required to work in close coordination with other team members and grow with the organisation ensuring best experience to all the employees of the organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the processes of recruitment to help candidates speedy feedback and communication about their application

- Establish an active communication channel with the institutions and work in close partnership with the partnership team

- Prepare communication documents and conduct outreach exercises

- Keep a track and act accordingly to ensure smooth operation of team members in various team

- Process documents related to the onboarding of team members

- Propose and introduce solutions to intensify the organisational growth

- Support team members with any other work as may be required for management of talent

Qualifications required:

- Masters in subjects like Public Administration, Human Resource Management or alike subjects. 4-year undergraduate degree holders are also encouraged

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities is a critical requirement

- Experience of drafting project proposals, communication pieces and project reports etc. will be an added advantage

- Minimum 3 years of experience in development sector; experience in talent acquisition will be an added advantage

- Prior experience of working with multilateral agencies and large foundations will be favourably looked upon

- Strong organisational skills with the foundation of value based decision making

- Remuneration: Commensurate to the experience and market standards
