Job Description For Manager-Operations
DESIGNATION : Senior Manager / DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER, OPERATIONS
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Mumbai
Job Purpose
Manager / DGM- Operations will be responsible for Expansion, Development, and Monitoring of the Programmes.
Job Responsibilities
- Building partnership for setting up new Financial Inclusion and Literacy Centers in Mumbai and other locations outside Maharashtra and managing them to ensure that it meets the existing revenue model of the organization.
- Managing new digital Programmes/initiatives
- Planning and Executions of the operations of the existing FILCs
- Collaborating and partnering with different financial institutions to link FILC clients to these products (eg: Savings, insurance, pensions etc)
- Networking with various NGO's and institutions for training program and training modules.
- Being totally budget oriented and managing operations within the budget
- Motivate and manage the team to meet the targets of Swadhaar Fin Access branches and also create an impact with the Financial Literacy programs.
- Timely Compilation and submission of reports, data/MIS for internal and external stake holders.
- Responsibility of creating awareness/promotional activity of FILC's
- Improving the team efficiency by capacity building, regular training, and productivity optimization
Professional Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Post Graduate/ Graduate with relevant experience
Essential:
- Minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in Social Sector with a focus towards expansion and sustainability.
- Strong management and presentation skills.
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Skills in English Both Verbal and Written must.
- Ability to operate with minimum supervision.
- Must be willing to travel within and outside Mumbai
- Willingness to work in slum communities.
- Ability to supervise and manage the team.
