Regional Sales Heads - HORECA - Founding Team Members - Delhi and Mumbai

Qualification & Experience :

- Relevant experience selling to HORECA institutions

- Concept selling needed - should be confident and senior enough to connect and build relationships with CXO/MD/Owner level decision-makers.

- Has a strong sense of ownership, and is obsessed with delighting customers, and showing results. Has to be an independent worker with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Deliverables :

- Concept Selling primarily for Institutional Sales - HORECA - restobars, QSRs, cafes, frozen desserts, caterers etc.

- Identify opportunities and help build a robust pipeline, keeping in view the agreed upon business strategy.

- Religiously follow processes of reviews, update CRM and send reports. KRA's will be demo, sales and accounts driven. Upselling will also count.

- Achieve the sales targets set for the region - mutually agreed upon.

- Manage trade & consumer promotions and marketing aligned activities, if any.

- Maintain and nurture relationships for long term associations by finding innovative solutions to client's beverage requirements.

- Create liaisons with the Mixology, F&B consultants, hospitality world... to really push the buck. We want to constantly co-create with them.

- Help build insight through constant feedback so product and marketing level iterations can happen.

Swa Office is based out of Bangalore. We are happy to work on a hybrid model. Initially Bangalore visit needs to be scheduled for training, and to align closely on the vision with the founders.
