We are looking for a Product Leader for our client with expertise and passion to imagine, build and improve innovative products. This is a high growth space and a big opportunity that needs an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have full ownership and responsibility through the product life cycle from customer feedback, product strategy, roadmap prioritization, development and measurement of adoption.

What You'll Do :

- SVP / VP Product will lead multiple inter-dependent work-streams, each with massive business potential and scale

- Lead all aspects of our client's processes for capturing stated and latent needs of the customers, framework for prioritization and continuously improve

- Develop the skills and capability of Product Managers to ensure deep subject matter expertise in their respective areas of product management. product capability.

- Deliver product roadmaps on time and with high quality as well as increase the speed of product innovation that will drive the next phase of growth.

- Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action and ensure implementation through the team of Product Managers.

- Ensure technical requirements are met and engineering teams maintain a solid understanding of the business context in developing the product.

What You'll Need :

- 8+ years of total experience in product management with 3+ years in B2C

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trend

- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment

- Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time designing UI, analyzing data, setting up quality processes and guardrails, jumping into the business analysis as required
