The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. The VP will be responsible for leading deal teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of transaction execution, from origination to closing. Key Responsibilities : - Transaction Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing. - Client Advisory: Provide strategic advice to clients on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising, ensuring alignment with their long term goals. - Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses. - Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors. - Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients. - Team Leadership - Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience
