Reporting into the CEO, the key responsibilities include:
- Delivering world-class software in various settings in a highly technical role
- Being a people leader, with the ability to recruit, build, inspire and retain high performing collaborative teams, strong leaders, and key contributors while promoting and shaping the organizational culture.
- Handling departmental budget, resource planning accountability, and product development responsibility.
You will champion and drive a culture and execution of platform engineering excellence.
- Being a technical strategy leader and driving transformative change and experienced in leading a high rate and pace of new products and feature delivery utilizing leading edge technology.
Profile :
- 15+ years of relevant operations management experience in the IT/ ITES industry.
- Excellent proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
- Passion for technology and competitive strategy.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical challenges successfully.
- Demonstrated success building enterprise-grade software.
- Experience implementing scalable best practices to ensure continuous improvement and engineering
excellence. - Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- MBA or Masters Degree Equivalent from a top tier school required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-performing environment.
