The Program Head (PH) will provide technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the affiliate-wide SAP program.

The PH will lead in planning and implementing enterprise SAP systems.

The PH will act as the SAP Digital evangelist who will coordinate with the Global CIO /SAP Head to introduce latest trends in SAP Leonardo knowhow into the ecosystem.

The PH should be familiar with the design thinking and exploration workshops.and curious about innovation and digital transformation in the current SAP system that can be transformed into a digital framework.

Additionally, the PH:

- Provides strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems

- Facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within the organization.

- Responsible for the management of multiple SAP projects across different geographies, including the interface and automation aspects pertaining to related systems

- Manages a team of Project Managers who design, implement, train, and support end users in the productive use of SAP software.

- Oversees and evaluates program budgeting and adherence to cost, schedules

- Manages the key business and IT stakeholders involved with periodic project / program governance mechanisms

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 16 - 20 years of experience with responsibilities for management and support of SAP systems is preferred. Significant experience is desirable in technology and information systems planning to support business goals. Specific experience with practice management, financial management and trading / manufacturing systems is a plus. 

The ideal candidate will also have:

- Experience with SAP systems design, implementation, and operation.

- Should have implemented at least one SAP Leonardo & S/4 HANA implementation

- Should be conversant with Basis and GRC modules

- Should have working knowledge of Agile implementation framework and DevOps.

- Knowledge of various office productivity software programs such as word processing, databases, spreadsheet programs, and communications software.

- Experience in preparing and making C level presentations.

- General knowledge of business processes and their interrelationship gained through ten or more years of related experience.

- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.

- Effective verbal and written communications skills and effective presentation skills, all geared toward coordination and education.

- Ability to negotiate and defuse conflict.

- Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, flexible, creative.

Qualification:

Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience. A Master's degree in Business Administration, or related field is highly desirable.
