Qualification Requirements
- Qualified company Secretary from ICSI and law graduate
Experience
- Qualified law graduate and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with approximately 15+ years of relevant experience with preferably in-house experience with the below mentioned accountabilities.
- Candidate with experience in providing Company Secretarial and legal support to banking and/or financial services, IT/ITES organisations would be preferred
- Experience in communicating with senior-level personnel
- Exposure to an in-house Company Secretarial department
