Role :
- To define and implement a talent management and career planning process using agreed and consistent performance assessment tools
- To create and implement a strategy for employee value to improve levels of engagement within the organization and attract external talent
- To build strong relationships with the site management team
- Improvement in employee engagement scores
- To be an active member of the site Leadership team, contributing to the strategy of the centre and its success.
- Conduct quarterly check to ensure consistent processes and products are being used across all locations.
- To manage costs for initiatives and monitor key trends in the people plans/budgets.
Education : MBA only from tier 1 institutes,
Years of experience : 13 years - 20 years
