Designation : SVP HR (Head Talent Acquisition)
Reporting : President HR (Chief Human Resources Officer)
Location : Mumbai
Scope : PAN India
Minimum Requirement :
Experience : 12 years, out of which 5 years in national profile
Education 1 : MBA / PG in Business Management (Full Time) from top tier business / management school
Education 2 : B.Com / B.Tech from (Full Time)
Previous Industry Experience : Must have worked in one of the following industries in past - Telecom / Insurance / Retail / ITES
Current CTC : Candidate must be currently drawing an annual compensation of not less than 50 Lacs (inclusive bonus / incentives / others)

- Define vision & strategy for talent acquisition function
- Define, develop and roll out recruiting metrics in collaboration with the Talent Management team
- Lead, manage and develop the recruiting team across multiple locations
- Own and improve the recruiting process / automation
- Drive social media recruitment for the company
