SVP/Head - Source To Pay - Financial Services (18-25 yrs)
SVP - Head of Source to Pay || Pune
- Hiring for one of the Financial Services Clients in Pune.
- Experience in leading a large-scale global business services unit within a multi-entity complex group structure
- Operations / Lean Six Sigma expertise preferably black belt
- Piloting and scaling innovation in operational processes
- Purchase to Pay experience, in multi billion enterprises with ERP technology
- Automation Tools understanding e.g. RPA, iOCR, Machine Learning
- Significant accounting and compliance experience with GDPR, IFRS, and S404 obligations
- Superior communication skills - the ability to tell the story behind the numbers, with consistency and differentiation only where needed
- High applied thinking skills to look at issues with a 360-degree view
- Resilient, self-confident, and self-assurance.
- Transformation, Automation, Innovation, Change Management
Qualification:
- Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA) with 18-20 years of experience in operations in a complex global organization is preferred
- Experience in the telecom industry is an added advantage
- A sound understanding of compliance with policies, accounting standards and effective control frameworks
- Operations Management qualifications e.g. Black Belt
- Agile certifications preferred
