Requirements
Over 12 years experience staffing with last few at strategic leadership level. ( Mumbai or Delhi based candidates willing to move - as understanding of either of two markets essential ) The following soft skill as essential
1) Stakeholder management - managing and balancing expectations of senior management /hiring managers , understanding their business and giving and keeping right commitments. Building top teams
2) Immense amount of out of box thinking in hiring people - going beyond process but look at all means that may be needed to fill a position
3) Providing leadership in staffing at Group level , setting standards, evaluation , market mapping
