SVP/EVP - Analytics - Retail Assets - Bank

- Setting up Analytics function for Bank & Analytical software installation and maintenance; MI generation, automation and putting into production; advanced analytics

- Analytics set-up by liaising with internal IT and vendor. Lead efforts for organization wide adoption of Visual Analytics by senior business stakeholders

- Support every business with analytics that contributed to top-line and bottom-line

- Initiate marketing campaigns that ensured retention; marketing models for pricing and prioritization

- Rule based early warning triggers (through segmentation) to ensure better and effective collection mechanism

- Responsible for monitoring of the Application and Behavior scorecards for retail loans segment.

- Liaise with bureaus for bureau data required for customer risk evaluation

- Represent Country to provide Group business insights and support model development activities

Required Skill Sets :-

- Any analytics tools experience required i.e. SAS, Tableau, R, Python etc.

- Must have handled team of analytics professionals.

- Should have leadership skills.

- Very good into analytics of retail assets.
