About the Role:


As a part of our continued growth journey, we are looking to on-board experienced and qualified professionals candidates for the position of Cluster Manager Retail Banking Business (Chief Manager).
The details are mentioned herein:-.


Responsibilities:

- Drive growth across key Retail Banking products CASA, Retail Loans, SME products, and cross-sell products.

- Develop and implement cluster-level strategies for business acquisition and portfolio growth.

- Expand the banks product reach by identifying new customer segments, geographies, and market opportunities.

- Lead and manage the following Sales Verticals reporting to the Retail Banking Business vertical:

- CASA Sales Team.

- Retail SME Sales Team.

- DSA (Direct Sales Agent) Tie-ups.

- Monitor and drive performance of branch managers and specialized sales teams to achieve targets.

- Set goals, monitor achievements, and provide continuous feedback, training, and mentoring to the team.

- Foster deeper engagement with customers through relationship management initiatives.

- Promote superior service standards to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

- Coordinate and follow-up with centralized departments like Account Opening, Retail Credit, and SME


Processing to ensure:


- Timely processing of applications.

- Smooth conversion of leads into actual business.

- Monitor the DSA tie-ups to ensure compliance with partner guidelines and service standards.

- Identify, empanel, and nurture DSA partners for sourcing retail and SME business.

- Provide regular and accurate reporting on business performance, pipeline management, and target

achievement.

- Utilize business intelligence and market feedback for corrective actions and future planning.


Eligibility Criteria:


Qualification: Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University. MBA would be an added advantage.


Experience:


- Minimum 10-15 experience in Retail Banking with proven experience in Sales, Branch Management, or Cluster Management.


- Prior experience in handling CASA Sales, Retail SME Sales, and DSA partnerships preferred.
