Job Purpose:
Position exists to provide leadership & support to spearhead the HR strategy by way of a series of HR programs & initiatives to realize the HR mission & achieve business objectives of the OMS organization in the state.
- Manage on-time availability of resources as per business requirement
- Management of employee cost as per budget
- Attrition control within defined limits
- Manage capabilities thru training and new hiring to improve productivity
- Align HR strategy with global business strategy of OMS Vertical
- Develop HR Plan for the deployment of HR Strategy
- With clear understanding of business needs, formulate people processes & policies which include capability building, employee engagement, compensation & benefits structure, L&D across levels, rewards & recognition program, etc.)
- Manage HR budget, its monitoring & control
- Work closely with business heads in building business plan for resource planning/capability building and budgeting
- Gather market intelligence to track availability of talent pool as per region, compensation levels/ compensation median, to pay and attract talent from the market
- Tie-up with engineering colleges, diploma institutes and management colleges for fresher's hiring
- Sign-up with job portals and sign-up with placement consultants for hiring of experienced resources or leadership

- Update/Create role descriptions for clear understanding of capabilities required to be build
- Train hiring team on conducting interviews and evaluation of candidates
- Build SLAs for hiring closures at various levels
- In changing business scenario, anticipate changes required in existing HR policies, processes & systems and accordingly advise management on the best interventions for organizational development
- Monitor employee engagement levels through upward feedback mechanism and engagement surveys, etc.
- Identify gaps and areas of improvement, and take necessary corrective actions to enhance employee engagement (e.g. policy changes, new HR programs, Welfare programs)
- Manage strong employee communication thru various recognised channels
- Set up systems and processes to manage performance at across levels
- Ensure goal setting and regular performance reviews as per defined cycles
- Build program to manage low performance/performance not meeting desired expectations
- Build system to identify individual development needs for current & future role
- Recruit the right talent and develop them through structured training, coaching, mentoring and guidance.
- Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance.
- Implement appropriate rewards and recognition.
- Set up systems and processes for regulatory compliances
- Monitor and review compliances and recommends corrective action, if necessary
Total Experience : - Min 12 Years to Max 18 Years
Annual Salary : - Min 10L/Annum to Max 15L/Annum
