Suzlon - Senior Manager - Contract Management

CANDIDATES HAVING EXPERIENCE FROM WIND INDUSTRY / SOLAR/ POWER INDUSTRY WILL BE PREFERRED.

Offer Management

- Ensure Response and Resolution for retail and IPP customers OMS Technical Term sheet / LOI and OMS agreements of Wind and Solar

- Identify potential deviations, prepare and submit OMS Response to the OMS term sheet and agreements after taking consent from OMS stakeholders.

- Coordinate with a Legal representative to prepare and finalize OMS agreements.

- Attend customer meetings as and when required to represent OMS, negotiate and close open points to sign off the term sheet / OMS contract.

- Drafting and closure of third-party OMS contracts.

- Post closure of OMS contracts - preparation of Project details on major commitments, documentation requirement and Reports Committed and communicating the same to OMS BD leadership team and State Heads. Organization and learnings document after closing new contracts.

- Contracts Renewal and Contractual Claims :

- Verify and validate the OMS contracts within the standard OMS offering and OMS contractual claims.

- Escalate major deviations and seek approval

- Maintain Contracts tracker

- Maintain tracker for all claims

- Marketing and BD, Tender and OMS Team Interface for all OMS contractual offers, commitments and documentation :

- Act as an interface between BD and OMS

- Arrange documents and upload into CCOB as per OMS contract and Tender requirement.

- Regular Market Intelligence w.r.t. our competitors for customer expectations and carry out trend analysis on the Overall OMS as per market scenario.
