Job Role : State OMS Controller (CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance) having Good commercial exposure.

Grade/Designation : A.G.M/D.G.M

Experience Candidates should be professionally qualified having 15-30 yrs experience in Reputed Organization.

Job Purpose : Position exists to manage the entire gamut of financial management in the OMS state with a pronounced focus on cost reduction and cost control

Area of Focus :


1 Controlling and managing the financial operations of Business P&L of the state

2 Budgeting , MIS & Budgetary Control. To coordinate monthly Business review process ,

3 NOWC & Inventory Control - Inventory Accounting, Usage Regulation,

4 Purchase and contract controlling, participating in purchase \ admin negotiation along with purchase\ Admin team ,

5 Accounting & Commercial control of the state OMS in line with the guidelines received from the group controller.

6 Recovery, Legal, Contracts Approval, management for the business

7 Statutory Compliance, Governance, Taxation of the states

8 To ensure Administration , Security and Occupational health for the states

9 States review presentation and preparation, close all the open points of the meeting

10 Costing and validating costing with the actual cost as per the accounts

11 Drive the cost down, Opex management

12 To prepare various documents and business case for getting CAPEX approval

13 Necessary support for the Job work v/s make decision through proper business case preparation.

14 Project feasibility report for setting up any new production facilities. Business case analysis

15 To ensure IT management of the state

16 Regular visit to Customer / Sites / Local authorities

17 Follow all the guidelines, processes and systems provided by the GOMS controller

18 To face the management audit and to close of all the open points of the management auditor

19 Human resource Development & Management of States / Areas controller department.
