Asst. Manager- Plant HR - Bhuj Gujarat

Experience : 5-8 years

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

LOCATION : Bhuj, Gujarat

1 Develop HR Plan : 

1.1 Develop and implement HR plan including manpower planning, attracting and retaining talent, performance management, training and development, individual development planning for management employees.

2 Implement of HR Processes and Systems : 

2.1 Implement and monitor deployment of corporate HR processes and system(Recruiting,PMS,Reward and Recognition,ESS,C&B,IDP) Provide comprehensive advise on HR processes to management employees, strive for excellence in deployment of processes in order to facilitate smooth operation of HR processes at the Business Unit.

3 Maintain employee relations : 

3.1 Provide employee relation framework for the business unit aligned with corporate HR guidelines, including employing,managing,establishing communication channels, negotiating with workman representatives on personnel issues, monitoring implementation of long- term settlement wherever applicable in order to ensure that harmonious relationship between management and employees.

4 Adhere to statutory compliances : 

4.1 Monitor compliance under Labour Laws. Acquire certification from concerned bodies,laise with concerned authorities and represent company in various forums in order to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

5 Facilitate people development : 

5.1 Train employees on HR Policies, Set goals jointly with the team member, Facilitate performance feedback, Identify training needs and provide training.in order to build capability and enhance effectiveness of the team

6 Provide administrative support : 

6.1 Ensuring support to administrative services like Transport, Canteen, Security, House Keeping, Travel Management, Guest House is provided on a timely basis, as per the requirement of the different departments of the Unit and ensuring safety of resources.

Salary : 7.5 lacs
