Suvidhaa Infoserve - Deputy General Manager - Marketing & Alliances (2-5 yrs)

Objective:

- He/She is responsible for managing the category from strategic planning to tactical activities, including formulation of strategies/plan, identifying unique market needs and opportunities and developing the right mix of advertising and promotion activities for achieving the category wise targets.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Planning and development of aggressive marketing strategies for the category, with a view to ensure brand positioning, market penetration and increase in market share.

- Drives the marketing plans for the various categories of business in conjunction with sales to grow Value and volume of transactions.

- Develops and drives trade promotion schemes for distributors/retailers in conjunction with Sales

- Manages the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget

- Monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activities and drives results

- Develops and delivers appropriate marketing/brand communication

- Monitors the various channels of brand communication including media, social media, etc

- Manages market research and develops insights to translate them into channel strategy and communication

- Develops insights on consumer behavior to translate them into relevant product offerings

- Collaborates with all the other functions to deliver the category strategy for the company

- Channel of information for the management team on relevant developments in the market and accordingly recommends action to be taken

- Builds and coaches his team to deliver the goals and objectives in alignment with Company Operating plan

- Conducts regular reviews with the team and assist the team in strategizing and achieving the targets set for the region

- Bringing various service providers for the categories and jointly developing business plans with them for visibility & BTL activities for the category.

Desired candidate profile:

- Post graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience with Top B Institutes

- Experience in Marketing and Sales is required (70:30)

- Experience in FMCG/ telecom will be a value add
