Sutherland - Manager - Finance (6-12 yrs)
Required candidates should have:
- 6-12 Years of corporate finance with most of the experience in corporate FP&A or Business Finance
- MBA from good college/CA/CPA
Role and Responsibility :
- Build excel models to help decision making. Drive automation on regular reports.
Expertise needed:
- Analyze and review business performance on a regular basis to identify key factors impacting the business.
- Act as the financial point of contact for stakeholders coordinating with other finance groups.
- Build analytical models like Revenue Walk, CM walk that help in business reviews
- Identify initiatives to improve company financial performance and act as a project manager for various improvement initiatives
Experience Needed:
- Experience in Budgeting/Forecasting and Variance analysis for a business or as part of Central FP&A
- Exposure to pricing, cost optimization, Business case analysis will be good to have
- Understanding of Sales cycle in IT/BPO industry with exposure to SFDC or another Pipeline management tool will be good to have
- High expertise in excel modelling; Experience in other tools like PowerBi, Alteryx etc will be an added advantage
- Some experience in Business Analytics / Business Intelligence - Strong analytical skills and ability to read trends/unstructured data and draw inferences
- Good communication skills, presentation skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Project Management experience - Should have led some initiatives/project like implementing tool, implementing a process or policy change
