We are seeking candidates with experience in ITeS industry and worked on strategic research projects such as company intelligence, prospect intelligence, market opportunity assessment, market expansion strategy, and new market entry. The candidate should have data gathering, financial analysis and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Education: MBA (Marketing / Finance / Strategy / etc.) (Preferably from Tier-I/II B-School)
Experience/ Skills:
- 6-8 years of experience in strategic and market research projects, with 4-5 years of experience in delivering international projects such as market entry, market opportunity assessment, market expansion strategy, etc.
- Should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and in leading CXO level engagements.
- Experience with top consulting firms would be preferable
- The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C- level executives
- Experience user of Microsoft office suite- Excel & Power Point
- Strong organizational and strategic skills with an analytical mindset
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for executing business consulting projects including tasks like research, data interpretation, analysis, insight generation and report preparation
- Authoring /co-author thought-leadership articles
- Independently managing mid-sized projects or taking ownership of one or more modules of major /significant consulting projects
- Leading, coordinating and organizing the work of a team of junior analysts
- Manage client communication for projects assigned
- Supporting the leadership team on marketing, business development and proposals
- Positively contributing to the firm's growth and reputation
- Contribution to the firm in non-project areas (such as knowledge management, people development etc.)
