Role and Responsibility: This opening is in central FP&amp;A team that supports business in terms of Budgeting/Forecasting/Reporting. This team also provides data driven analysis to CXOs to help drive business decisions. Selected candidate will join as Financial Analyst (Associate Principal) and will support in reporting/analysis aspect. Required candidates should have: - 8-10 Years of corporate finance experience, with most of the experience in corporate FP&amp;A or Business Finance - Experience in Budgeting/Forecasting/Reporting/Variance analysis &amp; commentary - Excellent analytical skills and ability to read trends/unstructured data and draw business intelligence out of the data - Good understanding of Sales cycle in IT/BPO industry with exposure to SFDC or another Pipeline management tool - Good understanding of Cost accounting concepts - Hands-on experience in excel modelling - Working knowledge on ERP - Finance modules - Good Communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
