A Transition Director in this role get to - - Be the expert: Be responsible for leading client facing projects from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and close-down processes. - Strengthen relationships: Work closely with customers to deliver their projects on time and on budget. Our most successful candidates will have: - Minimum of 12+ years total work experience - Must have Project Management Experience in BPO and recommended domain experience in Healthcare - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must - Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills; ability to assess and anticipate client needs and instill confidence - Work experience to include exposure to IT, telecommunications, and application development - Minimum of 5+ years successfully managing the complete project life cycle involving multiple functions and teams of 10+ people. - Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree a plus. - Experienced in using project management tools, such as MS Project. - Positive attitude, and the ability to work and communicate with all levels of management, internal and external vendors/partners, functional leaders, team members, etc. - Ability to work independently and with minimal direction - Strong analytical, computer, communication, and customer service skills - Ability to execute a variety of projects across multiple geographies and business cultures.
