Mandatory Requirement- Certifications like - Iso 9001, 14001,45001, SA8000, Iso 50001, Energy Auditor, food safety ( atleast 3 of these certifications are mandatory)

Position - Sustainability Assurance

Department - Sustainability

Reporting to- Head Sustainability Assurance

Location- Mumbai

1) Job Purpose:

To monitor the Sustainability Assurance Management System in order to opine on the level to which Group Businesses have achieved a structured and disciplined approach to governance, legal compliance, conformance with international standards through evaluation of the various business sustainability framework as deployed through the Company sustainability data management system

Competency required:

Qualification: Degree in Engineering and Registered/Accredited Auditor (at least in three of the schemes - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA 8000, ISO 50001, Energy Auditor, ISO22000, Food Safety etc ).

Experience: 10-18 years experience out of which years should be in a Multinational company and should have preferably led sustainability assurance function for a company or should have been a department head or performed in a senior role.

- Experience in manufacturing, as well as the corporate role, would be preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in developing/ assessing Sustainability reports/ data.

Skills required: 

- Technical expertise in health, safety, environment (including biodiversity, climate change), social (including human rights and relocation), supply chain, management standards, and systems.

- Knowledge of national and local regulation/legislation regarding environmental management.

- Well conversant in EHS issues including Energy management and Climate change and international standards and protocols.

- Internal/External Auditing and Training experience would be added advantage
