Suryoday Small Finance - Senior Manager - Compliance

- Designing and implementing a Compliance Framework and conducting Compliance Risk Assessment

- Tracking of regulatory guidelines and their implementation

- Providing clarification to stakeholders on regulatory queries

- Vetting of product/process notes, policies

- Conducting Compliance Monitoring/Testing as per the Plan approved by the ACB

- Submission of periodical Board/ACB Notes

- Designing and implementing an effective Compliance learning module

- Monitoring and ensuring submission of RBS Tranche data to RBI

- Co-ordinating RBI inspections and arrange for submitting prompt and comprehensive Management responses.

- Ensure timely implementation of Risk Mitigation Plan

- Put in place a process to ensure integrity of regulatory reporting
