Suryoday Small Finance Bank - Financial Reporting/Reconciliation Head

1. Undertake reconciliation activities for Trial Balance GLs (Including Internal/office/ Settlement).

2. Interact with inter/ intra Department to co-ordinate for reconciliation related activities.

i) Collate, analyse data, identify anomalies and ensure relevant rectifications.

ii) Responsible for timely completion of reconciliation of all GLs as per defined timelines.

iii) Prepare and organize supporting documentation for reconciliations.

iv) Ensure processing of rectification entries

v) To get proper reasoning for long pending item in ageing.

3. Handle Inter / intra Department personnel on recon requirements

4. Take initiative on resolution of issues / dependencies with concerned people and follow through to logical closure.

5. Track and monitor reconciliation activities both in Inter and Intra Department , liaison with, Operations Brach Operation, Accounts, Treasury and Finance Teams

6. Develop understanding of related processes and inter-dependability between teams, have broad understanding of underlying data structures.

7. Prepare status/summary reports for internal circulation.

8. Automated Reconciliation activity & GL recon system across the Bank.

9. Monthly Balance required to get GL substations

10. Conduct UAT and system testing for system enhancements or new requirements

11. Manage the day-to-day operations of Finance Reporting

12. GL creation, monitoring, and reporting to audit committee

13. Reconciliation of Deposit Dump, Advance Dump, and Interest accrual thereon with Trail balance

14. Reconciliation of GLs between various application (BR.NET / FINANCLE / INFOR)

Role Proficiencies:
