Job Description: Education-Qualified CA Industry-1 year experience in Startup, Ecom/Internet Title: Finance Manager - Operations Role Responsibilities Finance Operations includes City/Central Pay-outs, Operational partnering required with City Teams, Preparing SOP for operational process Experience: Startup preferred of 1 - 2 years, Total Experience - 2.5 -5 years Reporting manager: City Finance Executives Reporting into : GM Finance ( Reporting ) CTC As per company Standard Based out of : Bangalore Team - Supr Daily Finance Team Reporting Manager - GM - Finance & Reporting Reportees - 2 Direct Reportees Location - Bangalore Responsibilities: Ensuring accurate and timely book closure activities: - By following up with the respective cross functions for the accrual inputs at month end - Review of General Ledgers to verify the accuracy of posting through the month - Co-ordinate from the cross function and inter functions team members for the book closure activities - Placing controls and process to ensure the completeness of book closure activities - Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per IGAAP/ Ind AS. - Develop and implement a review mechanism in the form of analytical review template for the review of monthly financial information. - Preparation of schedules for the PL and BS accounts to facilitate seniors review. - Co-ordinate and support External auditors and internal audit functions for the data and information. - Implementing the internal controls for the reporting function and ensuring the effective functioning of the internal controls. - Effective delegation of work and monitoring and guiding the juniors throughout. Preferred Qualification, Functional & Behavioral Skills: - B.COM + CA combination of education and experience - Total experience 3 years of accounting experience with atleast 1-year experience in Startup or E-commerce companies. - Strong knowledge in advanced Microsoft excels a must have. - Tally ERP knowledge is must with strong computer and business/banking software - Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with the internal team - accountants, clients, and upper management - Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and take initiatives proactively. - Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities.
