Senior Management Role - Operations  About Supr Daily :   Supr Daily is a daily delivery service in India. Founded by alumni of IIT and IIM, the company is pioneering the micro delivery e-commerce model in India using its unique supply chain. The company is backed by Y-Combinator and other prominent investors from India and the US.  Role Description :   You will be managing a team of 200+ and will be responsible for P&L and metrics of 10,000+ shipments daily. A core part of the job will be to create and roll out new processes to continuously improve the supply chain.  Responsibilities :   - Lead a multi-hierarchy team of 200+ members which can successfully execute 10,000+ shipments daily  - Manage the entire supply chain from sourcing till last mile delivery  - Create and ensure strict adherence to SOPs  - Source, hire and train a team of managers  - Create MIS reports and achieve targets  - Liaison with customer relationship team to ensure seamless customer experience   Requirements :   - Excellent analytical skills with ability to create reports and drill down to the bottlenecks  - Candidate should have exemplary leadership skills and should be comfortable managing a large team  - Should have created SOPs before and have previous hiring and training experience  - Education: Graduation or above  - Willingness to travel within the city  Additional details :   - Remuneration: Best in industry  - Location: Corporate office in Mumbai (Chandivali)  - Timings: 7 am to 4 pm
