Founded by Puneet Kumar and Shreyas Nagdawane, alumni of IIT and IIM, Supr Daily began its journey in the suburbs of Mumbai. We are currently backed by Y-Combinator and Swiggy, on a quest to bring convenience to over 100 million Indians every day. - Drive Critical Projects of High Scale across the organization in functions such as Operations, Strategy, Category Management, Customer Experience, Supply Chain.
- Lead Projects with significant impact P&L Responsibility
- Work with Founders, Core Team & Functional Leaders to drive the Organization to success
- Proactively Identify, Intervene & Solve problems
- Understand 0 to 1 Journey in Building Business from ground up & then scale to success.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant work experience of 1-3 years in a hyper growth startup / Large Scale Organization
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to take good judgement calls
- Ability to shift between Operational & Strategic Requirements
- MBA (Tier 1 Institutes) with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills
