With a commitment of $100 Million from Swiggy, the team is scaling their unique supply chain nationally to serve more than 1 Million households every single day. - Y combinator is one of the top American Seed Accelerator and their portfolio includes Airbnb, Dropbox, InstaKart, Reddit and about 1500 other startups across the globe. - Swiggy is on a quest to bring convenience to over 100 Million Indians over the next 5 years. The investment in Supr Daily is part of its core strategy to expand reach of consumer base as well as fulfilling the daily needs of a consumer leveraging the power of the milk railroad. - Will work on complex systems with distributed asynchronous backends as well as applications for highly technical and demanding users that delight and empower. Extra credit for being part of or having led technology transformations and for having a good understanding of data science and machine learning - again, two very different thing. About the Role: In this role, you are primarily responsible to drive business growth in the assigned territory. Your Responsibilities Managing Business: - Responsible for driving Customer Acquisition for the region. Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. - Driving increase in demand in the market, lowering customer acquisition cost &amp; efficient on ground BTL Activations - Working closely with the management to develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives. - Responsible for implementation and execution of marketing plans. - Should be able to identify emerging markets/ potential and market shifts. - Should drive weekly reviews with the team and track progress with respect to targets. People Management: - Manage a team of Sales Managers and driving business in the assigned region. - Responsible for team's recruitment, objective/ KRA settings, coaching and performance monitoring. Requirements - Should have experience in B2C sales - Should have handled a multi-layered team - Should be data oriented and analytical in thinking - Adept in problem solving and strategy formulation Additional details :&nbsp; Remuneration: Best in industry - Weekends are working, off on Monday
