Role Description : Designation : General Manager Experience : 9-12 Years Location : Bangalore Industry : Ecommerce/Retail/Startup GM Properties and Infrastructure : - Will be responsible for setting up this team under ops. - Finding new warehouses, identifying the right infra requirements - Active inputs to design in terms of type of infrastructure available and to be used for the current and future scale of the business - Managing infra from conception to commissioning will be his and his team's responsibility - Leading Expansion: Identification of strategic locations, business development, negotiations, launching outlets and warehouses - New geography study, leading Growth team to get the best of leads, liaising with owners, building relationships, closing the transaction - Helping infra and ops team to get the new site - Worked on Facilities, expansion, managed multiple vendors coordination - Must have experience in people management Job Requirements : - BCOM/BBA /Btech/MBA/PGDM from any certified Institute or College - Prior experience in same domain is must - Must have great communication and convincing skills
