Founded by alumni of IIT and IIM, the company is pioneering the micro delivery e-commerce model in India. The company is a Y-Combinator startup and is currently backed by Swiggy. With a commitment of $100 Million from Swiggy, the team is scaling their unique supply chain nationally to serve more than 1 Million households every single day. Y combinator is one of the top American Seed Accelerator and their portfolio includes Airbnb, Dropbox, InstaKart, Reddit and about 1500 other startups across the globe. Swiggy is on a quest to bring convenience to over 100 Million Indians over the next 5 years. The investment in Supr Daily is part of its core strategy to expand reach of consumer base as well as fulfilling the daily needs of a consumer leveraging the power of the milk railroad. Role - GM, City Marketing This person would drive Supr's brand and business agenda through the city and geo marketing play. The role reports into Sr. Director, Brand Marketing Responsibilities : - Develop and execute GTM strategies for new city launches and new product offerings; build a full-fledged city marketing blueprint and enable rollout at scale - Build and manage a core team of marketing operations and BTL managers and own city marketing execution end to end; work closely with the cross-functional team across cities, business and product and assist in meeting business goals with on-going marketing activities - Approach geo-marketing in a unique way; work with the central marketing marketing team to execute ATL campaigns; also, understand media planning, and suggest cost effective geo media innovations (adsharp, amagi, zapr and more) - Work closely with the product marketing team in order to drive trial and frequency through the existing audience - Analyse campaigns across cities across different parameters to track ROI and publish the same to all stakeholders Desired Skill set: - MBA from Tier 1 B School (IIM, MDI, FMS, ISB) with 6-7 years experience with at least 3 years in ecommerce marketing - Solid appreciation for data and comfort with use of data to drive business cases and outcomes - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Entrepreneurial mind-set and high bias for action - Agency management experience handling both creative and media agencies is preferred; if not, an understanding of media planning will be critical - Budget-management skills &amp; proficiency - Strong eye for creative and communication
