Role Deliverable: - Lead the city marketing charter from the central org. Work with city businesses, and understand, discover key business issues, build hypothesis, craft 360 campaigns, and execute the same - The role is extremely hands-on and has a fair mix of tactics and strategy. The expectation is for someone to be strong in business understanding, marry sales and marketing objectives, and enable and execute communication in a meaningful way. - The role demands high stakeholder management skills as this person will be the SPOC for city teams to engage with the centre for all marketing initiatives. The role also demands a strong understanding of BTL, digital and a bit of ATL. This role inherently also requires a strong analytical mindset, and will be someone who can double hat creative and numbers within the marketing function Areas of Responsibilities: - Develop and execute GTM strategies for new city launches and new product offerings; build a full-fledged city marketing blueprint and enable rollout at scale - Work closely with the cross-functional team across cities, business and product and assist in meeting business goals with on-going marketing activities - Approach geo-marketing in a unique way; work with the brand management team to execute ATL campaigns; also, understand media planning, and suggest cost effective geo media innovations (adsharp, amagi, zapr and more) - Work closely with the product marketing team in order to drive trial and frequency through the existing audience - Analyse campaigns across cities across different parameters to track ROI and publish the same to all stakeholders Must Haves: - MBA from Tier 1 - Internet/E-commerce experience - Can join within 15 days to a month
