General Manager - Category Management (5-9 Years) - IIM/ISB/SPJIMR/XLRI General Manager - Category - Sell Side - Grocery This person would drive Supr's category management based on deep customer centricity, strong analytics, sharp planning, and storytelling coupled with product/tech understanding for an enhanced customer experience Responsibilities - Understand Customer needs - even those that the customers themselves may not realize - Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict customer behavior - Develop the right pricing policy - identify opportunities for giving customers value through intelligent and limited discounting. - Use discounting to drive portfolio mix and achieve strategic goals. - Own the customer experience in the category - make navigation, discovery easier. - Identify the parameters customers use to make decisions and ensure catalog richness - Work with marketing to identify the best RoI initiatives. Understand SEM, SEO and Email marketing - identify the right keywords, reduce SEM costs while increasing conversions of website visits to orders Promotions. - Own both creation and execution of promotions calendar including special occasions - Own catalogue content creation - lead catalogue photoshoot &amp; content creation, drive this via internal catalogue &amp; marketing teams - Work with internal sourcing, quality &amp; design team to track key project milestones, ensure processes are followed for review &amp; reporting of the same Desired Skillset - MBA from Tier 1 institutes with 5-9 years of experience with at least 2-4 years in managing Grocery business - Solid appreciation for data and comfort with use of data to drive business cases and outcomes - Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Should have handled P&amp;L. - Must have team management experience
