Job Location : Bengaluru JOB DESCRIPTION - Finance Business Partner for the business/functions with focus on improving and manage business financials. - Ensure that the quality is not compromised and be on top of all financial activities assigned like Management reporting, Financial Analysis, Variance Analysis. - Understanding all the revenue lines and is able to design and create processes & interventions which will enable high efficiency for Businesses/Functions for taking important decisions. - Generate budget v/s actual variance analysis across businesses and clearly communicate trends, exceptions and areas of improvement - Manage and execute Operating Working Capital analysis (ageing of receivables, overdue receivables &amp; inventory, noncurrent stock, clearance, accounts payable) by actively collaborating with multiple stakeholders. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes, drive efficiencies and improve ROI DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE - CA or MBA with specialization in finance. - Strong analytical ability and passion for number crunching - Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities - Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and intense environment with multiple stakeholders - Monitor and drive cost efficiencies. - Initiate cost reduction measures and periodic review &amp; reporting. - Efficient utilization of working capital and optimization of resources. - Preparation of budgets &amp; providing budgets (vs actual analysis) to the management on a regular basis. - Month end provisioning to ensure smooth and correct financial closing of books of accounts. - Expense management within defined budgets and highlight deviations, implementing budgetary controls.
