Founded by alumni of IIT and IIM, the company is pioneering the micro delivery e-commerce model in India. The company is a Y-Combinator startup and is currently backed by Swiggy. With a commitment of $100 Million from Swiggy, the team is scaling their unique supply chain nationally to serve more than 1 Million households every single day. Y combinator is one of the top American Seed Accelerator and their portfolio includes Airbnb, Dropbox, InstaKart, Reddit and about 1500 other startups across the globe. Swiggy is on a quest to bring convenience to over 100 Million Indians over the next 5 years. The investment in Supr Daily is part of its core strategy to expand reach of consumer base as well as fulfilling the daily needs of a consumer leveraging the power of the milk railroad. Role: This person would drive Supr's brand agenda by owning the brand communication vertical. The role reports into Sr. Director, Brand Marketing Responsibilities - Develop and execute brand vision, identity and it's roll-out in the entire organization - Develop and execute large ATL campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, acquisition and retention - Be the custodian of the consumer, and work closely with the research & effectiveness team to develop a deep consumer understanding backed by thorough qualitative and quantitative research - Own in entirety, the central brand communication, and also conceptualize category and private label marketing agenda - Work with the creative and media buying agencies to conceptualize innovative and memorable creatives keeping in mind the communication objectives of the campaign - Eventually, build a core team of brand and media planners to run the brand campaign org - Liaison with city, social and creative verticals to ensure the brand is represented in the right manner across the board - Analyse campaigns across cities across different parameters to track ROI and publish the same to all stakeholders Desired Skillset - MBA from Tier 1 B School (IIM, MDI, FMS, ISB) with 4-9 years experience with at least 4 years in FMCG brand marketing; e-commerce marketing is preferred but not necessary - Solid appreciation for data and comfort with use of data to drive business cases and outcomes - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Agency management experience handling both creative and media agencies is critical - Very thorough grasp of media planning is a must - Budget-management skills & proficiency - Strong eye for creative and communication
