Job Title : Support and Platform Leader
Reporting : Head of Enterprise Data and Analytics
Job Description for the :
- Lead the team of Operations consisting of L1, L2 support, User support, Access management team and Business initiatives team.
- Lead the team for Platform Infrastructure team consisting of support for BI platforms, EIW platform, Teradata platforms and any other new upcoming tools and platforms.
- Partner with US manager in ensuring the right delivery of the team and collaborate to enhance the capability of the team.
- Develop the current team of 150 people and develop vendor and partner relationship to enhance the team development and deliver high value deliverables.
- Responsible for the performance of the team's delivery, ensuring alignment and compliance with US teams.
- Leverage Skills Center/Vendors and other resourcing options to build an effective staffing model that meets the needs.
- Where applicable, ensure effective transition of work from the US to the offshore platforms in collaboration with the US teams and the transition team.
- Build and lead a team to deliver quality and cost effective offshoring solutions to the US managers.
- Manage the business unit's budgets, revenues and expenses.
- Engage and manage stakeholder relationships and provide solutions, as needed.
- Engage the partners (counterparts in the US) to plan, assign and manage the delivery of support, maintenance and enhancement activities.
- Provide senior leadership to the Data and Analytics leadership team at Enterprise Global Services
- Provide leadership at the industry level to build relationships and further the Wells Fargo brand.
- Engage with other groups within the division who provide similar work in Wells Fargo to enhance the capabilities of the team and drive higher level of outcome.
- Play a key role in leadership team
