Support Lead - Regional Community Operations - Consulting Firm - IIM/MDI/ISB (3-12 yrs)
POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary purpose of this position is to look into strategy, initiatives and impact analysis with respect to customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE JOB :
- Investigate and analyze the customer impact of multiple initiatives of the company (existing and planned)
- Look into the demand and supply, risk, fraud parameters affecting city/region and customers
- Support and operations for initiative expansion
- Data processing
- Provide solutions to business
- Multi-stakeholder management
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS / SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Internal : Program Managers, City Head, Product Lead, Tech Lead (Dotted Line)
External : Interact with multiple stakeholders, including various departments, vendors, partners and customers
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Experience :
- 3-10 years of experience in analytics, strategy and operations with a blend of customer support and customer experience
- Consulting knowledge
Education :
- IIM/ISB/Equivalent colleges
Skills :
- Strategy and operations
- Analytical edge- SQL/R/Python
- Ability to process data
- Six Sigma/Lean
- Process/Domain expertise
