Major Responsibilities:
- Production Planning - Track production capacity of manufacturing partners and identify times when there are production pinch points.
- Relationship Management with different factories, auditing and implementing new solutions within them.
- Build out relationships with fabric and component suppliers.
- Undertake Design Value Engineering of designs and researching potential new manufacturing partners.
- Coordinating the recruitment of suitable manufacturers to the Supplycompass platform.
Experience requirements:
Must Haves:
- 2-4 years of experience in project management
- Experience in factory production either on the ground or through consulting a production study
- Experience in stakeholder management and building authentic client relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel
Preferred:
- Experience building operational processes from scratch
- Garment technologist and experience in the design and production of garments
