We are looking for energetic & charismatic people-person with proficient and versatile expertise to cater to the talent needs of an early stage startup on a hyper growth trajectory. Tenacious individual who can take complete ownership of Human Capital Management and contribute to organizations goals by leveraging business realities, trends, opportunities and adapting HR practices and resources accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand and define company culture and values, initiate and spearhead brand advocacy efforts consistent with brand values to attract top notch talent.

2. Identifying & implementing creative sourcing strategies, optimizing existing sourcing channels and scale recruiting resources to create a continuous funnel for active and passive candidate pipelines, in alignment with business needs.

3. Lead efforts to achieve seamless and engaging application experience on behalf of the company.

4. Liaise with internal teams to understand talent requirement and translate the same into hiring strategy.

5. Measure and monitor workforce strategy by evaluating talent inflows & outflows relative to the competition.

6. Nurture excellent relationships with employees, serve as an approachable, trusted member of the team to handle any kind of grievances and drive policy level changes.

7. Research options and cost alternatives for providing employee benefits, initiate and implement changes.

8. Develop and enhance progressive performance management systems to achieve high level work satisfaction for all employees, ensuring razor sharp focus on business goals and skill development.

9. Pro-actively contribute to fostering a work environment that promotes creativity, learning and accountability.

10. Streamline and supervise HR operations like payroll, leave, attendance, onboarding, exit management, benefits administration, HR analytics and budgets to deliver best in class employee service.

11. Identify and build productive external business partnerships to aid internal efforts.

12. Ensure 100% compliance with regards to entire organizational human resource activities.

13. Build, train and manage a team as scale hits.
