- Responsible for Planning, directing and monitoring the activities related to the company's costs systems and analysis of product costs and contribution margins   - Responsible for governance/ control, reporting, analysis and planning of supply chain performance  - Responsible for leadership, and managing/developing supply chain finance analysts/accountants  - Manage the processes of the factory financial shaping and financial forecasting, analysis, management accounting and reporting.   - Work on business process integration across functions and lead the implementation of SAP for manufacturing   - Manage the processes of product costing, transfer price calculation, governance and control of capital investments.   - Provide reliable and timely financial data to key stakeholders to support the decision-making process.   - Improve, and ensure compliance with internal processes and implement necessary control procedures to ensure achievement of factory business and company objectives.   - Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to assist senior plant management in controlling manufacturing costs.  - Effectively lead, support and develop the factory finance team.   - Select, engage and develop team to achieve their maximum potential and contribution to the company objectives
