Company Brief: Our client is a Tier 1, BPO leader in integrated end-to-end outsourcing and delivers transformational benefits to its clients through reduced costs, ongoing productivity improvements, and process reengineering.

Experience Requirement: 10+years

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- The Principal Consultant is responsible for industry specific solutions for business reengineering, planning a road map for outsourcing.

- Person would need to be of consultative mind set and function as a consultant on global projects to help the client understand and explore opportunities for reengineering.

- The role is client facing with lot of aggressive client interaction.

- Managing and motivating a team of high performers in the solution design team.

- Being a part of the pre-sales team, the person would be in client facing role to drive the business development activities, and prepare and present proposals & solutions to the clients.

- Responsible for solution architecture, pricing for outsourcing solutions, planning and streamlining transitions and ensuring effective implementation of the business solutions with support from the team.

- Conduct process assessment engagements and developing business case for process outsourcing.

- Responsible for revenue generation.

- Prepare RFI/RFP and other business solutions for the client.

Skill Required:

- MBA from top premier institute with minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Solution Designing.

- Strong communication and articulation skills required.

- Team handling experience must.

- Good experience into solutions designing on supply chain domain.

- Flexible and adaptable to change and ability to multitask.

- Should be strong in Problem Solving, Analytical, Networking, Relationship management, etc.

- Candidate should be from a BPO background in supply chain with relevant experience(must).
