Job description :
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you manage daily operations related to the Company's Customer Satisfaction. The primary responsibility in this position is to coordinate all the different flows in order to guarantee our customers the best service. You are under the responsibility of the Global Supply Chain Director and you work closely with the Indian Management team. You have a key role to support business development activity in the country.
Main responsibilities: End to end supply chain operations
1. Order to cash :
- You are the key contact of our customers for all questions/concerns/services
- Manage customers orders for the Domestic Market and Export markets
- Deal with any customers complaints as per the Company's Procedure
- Proactively develop and implement processes to reach customer service excellence
- Implement administrative discipline
2. Account receivable management:
- In charge of payment follow-up and reminders in case of overdue, customer receivable payment and statement of account for each customer
- Responsible to provide reporting and KPI
3. Supply:
- In collaboration with the Sales Team and the Company's S&OP Team, you participate to S&OP cycle to ensure the product availability based on stocks/orders/forecasts
- Manage the purchase orders with subsidiaries directly
- Make sure that the documentation is compliant with local Regulation
- Manage any Customs issues directly with Authorities and Logistic partners
4. Logistics and stock management:
- Oversee and monitor logistics activities to ensure they are carried out in full compliance with procedures, and with local authority requirements
- Manage the relationship with the Local Logistics partner(warehousing, deliveries)
- Implement KPI to pilot the efficiency of Logistic service
- Responsible to put in place corrective action plan based on continuous improvement methodology
5. Data management:
- Work closely with IT/Digital teams to implement updates and/or any new system
- Responsible for the maintenance and the accuracy of Data in the systems (ERP, CRM etc)
- Responsible for coordinating and providing all necessary information for global reports
6. Market Access:
- Support Global team in the product registration process by providing the right documentation and/or services
Profile:

Professional skills:
- Fluent in English
- Logistics and Customs are fully under control
- SAP experience is highly appreciated
- Advanced understanding of basic office applications, including Microsoft office applications, spreadsheets and databases
Qualifications:
- Degree or professional certification in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Eorking with at least 8-10 years international experience managing a large multi-site Supply Chain operation
- Must be able to worked efficiently in complex environment, set appropriate priorities and deal effectively with numerous simultaneous requirements.
- Willingness to travel
