Supply Chain Process Excellence Role - FMCG/Online

- Process Definitions - Closely Work with operations and design teams in defining the processes and SOPs across all levels - from the topmost process like inward in a warehouse to the working instruction at an operator level for a given design.

- Mathematical Modelling and Simulation - Take a mathematical approach to process improvements and model and simulate the effect of process changes before proposing/deploying those changes. Measure the actual impact of changes against what was simulated and explain the gaps.

- Process Ownership and Maintenance of Process Repository - Ensures that process definitions are up-to date. Sign-off any change to the process or any new process which is deployed.

- Process Deployment - Deploy all the processes across all the locations through proper training and rollout.

- Process Compliance - Ensure through audit and other means that the processes are being followed.

- Continuous Process Improvements - Work with operations and technology teams in making incremental improvements to the process footprint on a given design configuration.

- Quality - Ensure that quality is maintained at source in all the processes - define quality framework and ensure compliance to the quality framework.

- Program Office for Processes - Maintains an MIS around the processes and publishes the process scorecard for the entire supply chain for local categories.
