JD for the SCM Champ Role;

The role of Supply Chain-Champ is to develop a strategy, target clients, be an evangelist and create solutions in supply chain space. We are looking for someone with expertise in Supply/ Demand Planning

Accountabilities:

- Be a senior point of contact for developing strategy, directing team to pursuit demands, assess client specific requirements and design value proposition and solutions

- Have entrepreneurial mind set, with a proven track record of driving results through outcome based execution

- Develop and represent the offerings, be strong in business development area

- Work closely with analyst and advisor community in promoting solution

- Promote Sector offers and growth across the Strategic Business Unit's and Group Sector Initiatives

- Design very specific global growth initiatives with BSv leadership and roll-out these Growth Initiatives in the SBU/BUs

- Support and help strategically, the Sector leaders, Top Line Initiatives Leaders and SBU/BUs leaders to design their offerings/solutions and create bold Go-To-Market plans

General Responsibilities:

- Build a strong and credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively with them to understand their issues

- Clearly present to the client so as they understand the solution, value proposition, and our competitive differentiation

- Provide high quality documents in response to RFI, RFP and BAFO

- Provide inputs into the commercial team to develop the pricing for the proposal

- Support thought leadership initiatives to support the BPO practice

- Coordinate with Bid Management, Sales, Delivery Centers, Transition, BPO Leadership, Technology, and Commercials to ensure necessary approvals prior to submission of response to RFI, RFP, and BAFO

- Should have hands on experience in managing Procurement operations/ Procurement, 3rd party logistics, strategic supply chain; the transformation of their processes, building the target operating model, implementing and operating to get it more automated and digital

Role Specific Competencies:

- Should be master in BPO Process, Business Case Development, Technical Solution Design and Technical Process Expertise.

- Should be experienced in Commercial Control and Negotiating.
