Supply Chain Manager - QSR (2-5 yrs)
JOB TITLE - Supply Chain Manager
LOCATION - Mumbai
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Supply chain planning- Demand forecasting and sensing, inventory planning, supply planning, new product & promotion planning, and supplier managed inventory
- Manage supply and inventory of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials
- Manage supply and inventory of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Goods, ensures that these are systematically allocated, and facilities complete in quantity, in good quality condition, on the most economical and timely basis
- Identify risks within the supply chain and work with internal and external stakeholders to increase security and sustainability of supply chain.
- Initiates and leads the development of short and long-term supply plans to balance the demand forecast with cost, efficiency and capacity constraints. Optimizes the flow of product through the supply chain.
- Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
- Minimize logistics cost & Obsolescence of stock.
- May develop and maintain buy plans and submit and monitor purchase orders
- Prepare out-of-stock and other analyses to facilitate cost and service improvements.
- Lead all internal Materials Management activities
- Build and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure stock levels meet demand and compliance KPIs are achieved.
- MBA/ Post Graduate tier 1 b schools
- Overall 2-5 years- experience Supply Chain experience within the Retail, QSR, food service or hospitality industry
- Positive altitude with a confident customer-focused manner
- Ability to prioritise a high workload; highly organised with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- The confidence and the strength of character to take ownership
- Ability to build relationships and engage with all levels of employees
